He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Bewley and Julia Mihalek; his wife Johanna; his son Robert Mihalek; his siblings, Louise Walker, Bill Bewley, Bob Bewley, Jack Bewley and Don Bewley; his grandson Bryan Mihalek; his son-in-law Robert Bitzer; and his grandson-in-law Fortino Vargas.
He is survived by : his sisters, Betty Jones and Patsy Walker (Larry); his sister-in-law Sue Bewley; his children, Barbara Bitzer, Richard Mihalek, Cindy Kollauf (Jim) and William Mihalek (Charlotte); his grandchildren, Stephanie Bitzer, Nathan Bitzer, Lance Bitzer, Michael Mihalek, Tanya Domask, Jennifer Rochester, Aaron Mihalek, Rachel Mihalek, Brooke Mihalek, Ryan Kollauf, Shanda Detsch and Michelle Mihalek; and his pet Oreo. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
