He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Jane and Mary Jane. He is survived by: his sons, Steve and Danny; his granddaughter Amy; his wife Dorothy; his brothers, Doug and Mike; his children, Ken (Trish), Sue (Corky), Rick (Judy), Pat (Deb), Joe (Katie) and Laurie (Dan); his grandchildren, Justin, Christopher, Joe, Jake, Angi, Nick, Joel, Lauren, Ryan, Christian, Jeremiah, Lucas and Emily; and his caregivers, Karen and Patti. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; extended family members; and many dear friends.
