She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kurtz and Evelyn Kurtz (Montanese). She is survived by: her husband Dan Jahn; her daughters, Jennifer Ratterman (Mark) and Tricia Helms (Joel); her grandchildren, Jenna Kendzierski (Andy), Sarah Ratterman, Noah Helms and Rowan Helms; her great grandchildren, Clara Kendzierski and Holly Kendzierski; and her siblings, Kathy Ruck (Jim), Bob Kurtz and John Kurtz (Linda).

Memorials may be sent to American Cancer Society or St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Waterford.
