He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Slamka; and his half-brother Erick Slamka. He is survived by: his wife Robin (Nee Timmel); his son Jesse Slamka (Melissa Carver); his grandson Jesse Jr.; his pet Shebear; his sister Nancy Sorensen (Tom); and his nephew Nicholas Sorensen.
