It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caryn A. Schmitt of Waterloo, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 26, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Schmitt and Nancy Schmitt (Schmoldt). She is survived by: her daughter Cassandra; her siblings, Dan Schmitt (Susan) and Colleen Shade (Neal); her nieces and nephews, Tera Cuthrell (Mike), Courtney Barlow (Joel), Carley Ferguson (Riley) and MacKenzie Shade; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emerson Barlow, Zoe Cuthrell, Ella Cuthrell, Lucy Cuthrell, Ivey Cuthrell and Reed Cuthrell. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Homes - Waterloo (143 S Washington St, Waterloo, WI 53594). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Glenview Memorial Gardens (W1219 Glenview Ave, Ixonia, WI 53036).
