He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie Jacobsen and Mae Jacobsen (Nielsen); and his brother John Jacobsen. He is survived by : his wife Alida Rompleman of Waterloo; his brother Jerry Jacobsen (Sally) of Racine; his stepsons, Weston Weber (Polina) of Appleton and Alex Weber of Milwaukee; and his grandchildren, Clara, Alastair and Gabriel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
