She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Jaeger and Lenora Jaeger (Rose); her husband Herman Scharp; her son-in-law Larry Neigel; and her brother-in-law Melvin Grulke.

She is survived by: her children, Lynda Neigel of Reeseville and Dan Scharp (Greta); her grandsons, Nathaniel Derr, Jeremiah Derr, Joshua Derr (Tricia), Matthew Scharp (Kayla) and Jacob Scharp (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Couper Derr, Rowen Derr, Roslyn Derr, Emma Derr, Zoey Derr, Molly Derr and Elena Scharp; and her sisters, Sharon Grulke and Bonnie Jaeger. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
