He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Holmes and Kathryn Holmes; his son-in-law Earl Williams; his brother Alan Holmes; and his parents-in-law, Bernice and Edward Grundman.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra; his wife Mary Grundman of Watertown; his children, Sandy Moldenhauer (Chuck) of Sussex, Cheryl Williams of Waukesha and Dennis Holmes of Arbor Vitae; his grandchildren, Ashley Stromich (Jeremiah), Sam Weber (Samantha), Jozette Kitzrow (Nathan), Shawn Holmes, Ashley Hodgkins-Holmes, Megan Williams and Colton Metz; and his siblings, Eric Holmes, Lee Holmes, Peter Holmes, Barbara Soto and Randy Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
