He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Roth and Joanne Roth (Endl); his wife Shelley Steinhart; his children, Payton and Trey Roth (Madeline Church); his siblings, Roni Kohlhoff (Jeff), Sandy Petersen and Kim Nettell (Mark); his nieces, Paige, Faith Kohlhoff, Haley Petersen, Madeline Flaten (Chris) and Kaitlin Horsman (Chris); his nephew Trevor; his great-nephew Oliver Flaten; his daughter Kari Gruss; and his close friend Kurt Kautzer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
