With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald F. Ihde of Watertown, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 24, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Donald departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Donald. Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ihde and Ella Ihde (Hoefs); his wife Doris Borck of Luke's Lutheran Church; his sisters, Margie and Ruby; and his granddaughter Rachele.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Ihde (Sue), Debra Guthrie (Charles), James Ihde and Joel Ihde (Laurie). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
