He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kurtz of Watertown; his children, Gary Kurtz (Brianna) of Ixonia and Kellie C. Kurtz of Chicago; his grandchildren, Mya, Mason and Layla; and his siblings, Todd Kurtz (Sheila) of Franklin, Jackie Kurtz of Madison and Kenneth Kurtz, Jr. (Gina) of Watertown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
