She was predeceased by: her uncle Tom. She is survived by: her parents, Dennis Berg and Cheryl Berg (Yohn) of Watertown; and her sister Molly of Denver, CO.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, caretakers, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Project 8p Foundation, the Elks Easterseals Respite camp, or St. John's Lutheran Church. Keep Hannah's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
