He is survived by: his wife Connie Cassidy; his children, Michelle Bergman (Dan), Katie Kuehl (Dan) and Patrick McFarland (Monica); his grandchildren, Jordan Bergman (Ashley), Alex Bergman, Ryan Bergman, Jonathan Kuehl, Chris Kuehl, Carson Kuehl and Buck; his sisters, Patricia McFarland-Bokas (Nick), Peggy Hardie (Steve) and Maureen Lloyd; and his sister-in-law Patricia Polensky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
