He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis "Frank" Sullivan and Elizabeth "Betty" Sullivan; his stepparents, Anita Sullivan and Lloyd Menke; his wife Karen Sullivan; his siblings, Mary Hartman, Joseph Sullivan, Tom Sullivan and Dennis Sullivan; and his former life partner Phyllis Kohl.
He is survived by : his daughters, Courtney Duke of Gallatin, TN, Candise Luchsinger (Joe) of Edina, MN and Bari Vredeveld (Chad) of Johnson Creek; his grandchildren, Sadie Luchsinger, Sam Luchsinger, Brock Vredeveld (Riley) and Connor Vredeveld (Bethany); his great grandchild Augustine Vredeveld; his siblings, Patricia Braasch (Paul Barry), Kathy Petrie (Jack), Terry Smelcer (Ken), Anne Marie Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan (Penny), James Sullivan (Linda), Jerry Sullivan, Richard Sullivan and William Sullivan (Cheryl); his stepsisters, Barb Koellen (Bob) and Brenda Staude; and his pet Bucky. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorials to Veterans Affairs or Dodge County Conservation KAMO.
