She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Machkovitz and Florence Machkovitz; her stepfather Walter Frederick; her husband Ronald Kohls; her brother David Machkovitz; and her daughter Wendy Kohls.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Kohls of Watertown and Mike Kohls (Joanne) of Waterloo; and her granddaughters, Ashley Kohls (Austen Eppen) and Samantha Kohls. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
