He was predeceased by: his parents, August Roeseler and Isabelle Roeseler (Lehman); and his brother-in-law Gilmer Christian. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Roeseler; his children, Keith Roeseler (Karen) of Blanchardville, Dean Roeseler of Watertown and Sharon Roeseler of Downers Grove, IL; his sister Carole Christian; and his sibling's children, Pam, Todd, Bruce (Pam) and Kim (Marvin). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be given to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
