Mandel of Watertown, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Michele Marino and Carmela Marino; her husband Duane R. Mandel; her brothers, Salvatore and Joseph; her sisters-in-law, Leona and Karen; and her extended family Leroy Nelson.
She is survived by : her children, Tammy Ann Kester (Doug) and Mark Leo Mandel (Lynn); her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew (Natalia), Mason, Ryan (Alexis), Ellie (R. J.) and Jennifer; her brother John Marino; her sister-in-law Vivian Marino; and her cousins, Patsy Nelson and John Famularo (Mary). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
