He is survived by: his wife Karren Franz; his sons, Scotty Franz (Cathleen), Jon Franz (Chris), Tony Franz (Karen) and Rich Franz (Roberta); his grandchildren, Molly Jensen (Matt), Joe Franz, Kaitlyn Franz, Ryan Franz, Stephanie Franz and Nico Franz; his great grandchild Akira; and his sister Suzanne Ryback (Ron). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
