He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Lewis and Valborg Lewis (Landsverk); his wife Donna Johnson; and his siblings, Hal (Jerry) and Marcia.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Lewis, Craig Lewis (Sandy), Turine Williams (Carl), Kirk Lewis, Jeff Lewis and Will Lewis (Ashly); his grandchildren, Kainen (Jeana), Kristopher, Katianna (Josh), Jenny (Chris), Carl Jr. (Ashley), April, Jordan (Matt), Bill (Miah), Ben (Nicole) and Bobbie (Alex); his sister Mary Waugh (John); and his sister-in-law Charlene Lewis. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
