He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Strieter and Mary Strieter (Maile); and his brother Fred Strieter (Jill). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Strieter; his children, Kate Schmidt (Lyle) and John Strieter (Julie Jeske); his grandchildren, Sam Strieter, Abigail Strieter, Robby Strieter and Will Schmidt; and his brother George Strieter (Sharon). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
