He is survived by: his wife Janet Fulwiler; his children, LaKeesha Whitehead, Benjamin Fulwiler (Tatiana Powers), Heather Fulwiler (Justin Lee), Christopher Schmidt (Tierra Deavers), Cynthia Schmidt and Cory Merryfieldfulwiler (Stacy Merryfield); his grandchildren, Clayton Townsend, Branton Whitehead, Cheyenne Whitehead, Mason Triana, Raelynn Schmidt and Ailylah Powers; his brother Dale Fulwiler (Jennifer); and his nieces, Karissa Fulwiler and Ariana Fulwiler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
