He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Ted Voigt (Pam), Martin Voigt (Kathleen), Thad Voigt (Tricia), Pamela Miller (Patrick), John Smith (Betsy Bright) and James Smith (Heidi); and his sister Janice Melcher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
