She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Luebke and Alma Luebke (Luedtke); and her husband Paul Otto. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Otto (Mary) of Middleburg Fl and Troy Otto of Largo Fl; and her grandsons, Tyler, Daniel and Nicholas.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home (213 S 5th St, Watertown, WI 53094). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
