He is survived by: his wife Linda Schlenvogt; his daughter Jodi Schubert (Jody); his grandchildren, Mason, Addison, Nicholas, Ashlyn and Preston; his sister Terri Kolocek (John); and his siblings-in-law, Gary Schlenvogt (Doris), Alan Schlenvogt (Donna), Lee Schlenvogt (Pam) and Bonnie Schlenvogt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
