With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleo P. Balthazor (Waukesha, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 2, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smitham and Vitlean Smitham; and her husband Leon. She is survived by: her children, Lee (Kate), William (Catherine), Robert (Kevin), Tom (Pamela), Michelle Large (William), Debbie Block (Jeff) and JoAnn Holentunder (Werner). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
