He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Foley and Lucille M. Foley (Knurr). He is survived by: his wife Mary Foley (Waite); his children, Melissa Foley (James Tyler) and Matthew Foley (Michelle Herbner); his granddaughter Evelyn Foley; his siblings, Gary Foley (Karen) and Carol O'Brien (Dennis); and his sister-in-law Michaelene Knoebel (late Bob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
