He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Avery of Colby, Wisconsin; his parents-in-law, Norman and Aurora Denney; his son Joshua; and his siblings, David, Darlene Uttecht, Douglas, Donald and Tim.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Heather Wojtczak (Dean), Andrea Miltenberger (Todd) of Fridley, MN and Caleb (Danielle); his grandson Henry (Natalie); his children, Zechariah, Ezekiel (Brooklynn), Myriam and Gilbert; and his siblings, Dean Schmidt (Mary), Dale (Cindy), Donell Bedroske (Dave), Dianne Grube, Darwin (Kelly) and Darla Gruhlke (Garry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waukesha Bible Church (s53w24079 Glendale Rd, Waukesha, WI 53189). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials or monetary donations in Dan's honor may be made to West African Mercy Ministries (https://www.westafricanmercy.org) or Crescent Lake Bible Camp of Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
