He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Cook and Carole Cook; his brother Stewart Cook; and his sister-in-law Jenny Cook. He is survived by: his friend Dusty; his brother Christopher Cook (late Jenny Cook); his sibling's children, Jessica Bloom (Christopher) and Jonathan Cook (Roxanne); and his great-nephew Theodore Bloom. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
