He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hamus and Odelia Hamus; his wife Elizabeth Hamus (Betty) of John's Catholic Church; his son Michael Hamus; his siblings, Jerome Hamus (Charlotte), Gerald Hamus (Mildred), Victor Hamus (Joan) and Joan Rotar (Phil); and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Hardinger and Gerry Hardinger (Margaret).
He is survived by: his children, Karen Dickenson (Daniel), Richard Hamus (Charlotte) and Paul Hamus; and his grandchildren, Olivia and Cody.
