He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Jack D. Moore Jr. and James Moore; his grandsons, Jeremy Moore and Christopher Moore (Elizabeth); his great grandchild Serena Moore; his stepsons, Anton Foat and Christopher Foat; his stepgrandchildren, Samual Foat (Chrstine) and Katie Foat; and his siblings, Dorthy Fisher, Hazel Arnold and Richard Moore (Nancy). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
