It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jillayne Cooley of Waukesha, Wisconsin, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on February 11, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth W. Cooley; her parents, Leighton Gist and Maurine Gist; and her brother John D. Gist. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Cooley Vogt, Deborah Nehs (Tim), K. Michael Cooley and Brian Cooley (Sophia); her grandchildren, Sarah Downer (Martin), Laura Clark (Kyle), Christopher Nehs, Jessica Markham (JJ), Bryn, Dallas, Cannon, Grayson, Cora Mantzke (Brent), Delaney, Mariana and K. Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Shade Leitner, Gloria Nehs, Elaine Downer and Naomi Nehs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jill's honor can be made to the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin (ASSEW).
