He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie and IdaBelle; and his son Scott Michael Hendrickson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his son Troy Hendrickson (Kim Stair); his daughter-in-law Elizabeth "Beth" Hendrickson; his grandsons, Joel and Cash Hendrickson; his sister Dr. LeeAnn Weitekamp; his mother-in-law Esther Congdon; his sisters-in-law, Linda Harris (Joel) and Diane Brady; his nieces, Dr. Lesley Hetterscheidt (David), Dr. Ashley Feehan (Tim), Kelsey Frew (Cody) and Jamie Jane Harris; his nephew Conor Brady; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ali, Romel and Mario. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
