He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Ashley and Lillian Ashley (Younger); and his siblings, Sherry Bott and Garry Ashley. He is survived by: his wife Robin Ashley (Helvey); his children, Dorene (Rick), Marrien Walker (Marshall) and Richard Ashley (Sarah); his grandchildren, Krista, April, Kyle, Areanna, Lily and Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Valerie, Maddie, Marshall, Brooklynn, Kaleb, Charlotte and Ezra; his sister Mary Lou Fuchsman (Jeff); his brother-in-law Jim Bott; and his pet Bowie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to the American Red Cross or the Ronald McDonald House.
