He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his friend Paul Frank; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Carmichael-Stoner, Bruce Rettig, Donald Wayne Rettig (Amie) and Carol Rettig; his sibling's children, Lee Carmichael-Grandstrand (Nicole), Suzanne Carmichael-Adkins (Doug), Bruce Rettig, Jr., Stephen Rettig and Karen Barriault; and his great-nephews, Mercer Carmichael-Grandstrand and Sean Rettig.
