She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Zeller and Wilma Zeller (Schmidtknecht); her husband Norbert Foegen; her siblings, Roscoe "Russ" Zeller (Ann), Cecelia Braem (Ivan) and Rudolph Zeller (Elaine); and her brother-in-law Ray Heinz.
She is survived by: her children, David Foegen (Roxanne) of Winona, Thomas Foegen (Eileen) of Rochester, Allen Foegen (Kelly) of Winona, Janet Mueller (Rollie) of Arcadia and Carol Galewski (Frank) of Trempealeau; her grandchildren, Lisa Eide (Justin), Krissa Foegen (Josh Jacobo), Kelly Foegen, Tyler Foegen, Ryan Gardiner (Chelsea Kerwin), Kevin Gardiner (Staci), Aiden Foegen, Sydney Foegen and Keanna Brown (Casey); her great grandchildren, Brynna Kelly, Ryia Brown, Caroline, William, George Eide, Mason, Logan Kerwin and Bayli Gardiner; and her siblings, Cletus Zeller, Francis Zeller (Vickie) and Michaelene Heinz.
