He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wambold and Cornelia Wambold (Lloyd). He is survived by: his wife Carol C. Radant; his sons, Alan (Heather), Wayne (Jennifer) and John (Andrea); his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Elisabeth, Sara (Phillip), Scott (Alyssa), Kellie (Scott), Hannah (Jerry), Ammon, Grant (Rachel), Esther, Sophia and Rachel; his sister Charlotte Nowinski; and his brother-in-law Al Radant. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ryan Funeral Home (2418 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Agrace Hospice or to Faith Lutheran Church in Sarasota, Florida.
