He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Acker and Lorraine Acker (Meffert); his wife Letty Acker; his brother Alan; his parents-in-law, Hardy and Evelyn Ripp; and his in-laws, Ken Allison, Marv Greiber, Leo Heimbecker, Eugene, Jean Ripp, Roy Ripp, Jerry Ripp, Ruthie Ripp and Connie Ripp.
He is survived by: his children, Paul, Randy and Renee Ciccione (Fred); his grandchildren, Cassie, Jessica, Brooke (Eric Arm), Daniella, Nicolas and Eva; his great grandchildren, Korbin, Layla and Oaklee; his siblings, Bob Acker (Beverly), Gary Acker (Shelia), Anita Allison, Karen Greiber and Luann Chandler (Steve); and his in-laws, Marilyn Heimbecker, Bob Ripp, Paulyn Ripp, Mary Jo Mohr (Ron), Lora Restle (Mike), Tonie Ripp and Eileen Ripp.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Winn-Cress Funeral & Cremation Service - Waunakee (2929 Peaceful Valley Parkway, Waunakee, WI 53597). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard Catholic Church (2015 Parmenter St, Middleton, WI 53562).
In lieu of gifts the family requests any and all donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
