It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bare of Waunakee, Wisconsin, born in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 4, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Robert may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Bare (Klietz); his children, Abby Bare (Heath Whitcher), Kacie (Bare) and Krueger (Austin Krueger); and his grandchildren, Brenna, Hudson and Callen.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Andrew Lutheran Church (6815 Schneider Rd, Middleton, WI 53562). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
