He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Statz of Smitty's Hall; his children, Diane Oleson (Keith) and Gary Statz (Lisa); his daughter-in-law Kate Statz; his grandchildren, Bryan Statz, Eric Statz (Meena), Kirk Oleson (Rachael), Dayne Oleson, William Statz and Alex Statz; his stepgrandchildren, Jesse Thill (Elizabeth) and Jared Thill; his great grandchildren, Jayavel, Kiran Statz, Chance, Cooper and Theo Thill; his siblings, John (Bambi), Ronald (Cheryl), Kenneth Statz (Joyce) and Marilyn Hurtgen; his siblings-in-law, Cyril Statz (Barb) and Shirley Statz; his siblings, Hilary (Celine), Elaine Ziegler (Leonard), Philip (Irene), Victor, Betty Endres (Joseph), Sylvester, Judine Wood (Bill) and David (Darlene); and his siblings-in-law, John Hurtgen and Viola Rathert. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
