He is survived by: his children, Paul Kampstra (Trendi), Kristin Potts (Brian) and Michael Kampstra (Amy); his grandchildren, Bradon Kampstra (Janelle), Kiran, Noemi Potts, Atia and Renata Kampstra; his great grandchildren, Rory and Scottie Kampstra; and his siblings, Betty Wierenga, Robert Kampstra (Sharon) and Mary Vogel (Del).
