She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Haluza and Mary Haluza (Marecek); her husband Roy; and her brother Dennis. She is survived by: her children, Lee Bauman (Peggy) of Madison, WI, Thomas Bauman (Debby) of Delafield, WI, Susan Kilian of Waupaca, WI and Sally Lewinski (John). She is also survived by her children's, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation to a favorite charity in Blanche's name.
