With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Doris Weed of Waupaca, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Doris left this world on August 11, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Doris may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Doris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Oelschlager and Leoma Oelschlager (Juedes); her husband Richard Weed; her son Andrew Weed; and her grandmother Kayla.
She is survived by: her son Del; her daughter-in-law Dorene Weed; her grandson Dustin Weed (Haley); and her great grandchildren, Andi, Dakota, Nora and Madelyn Weed.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hidden Waters Golf Course (E4480 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981).
