He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas Mushinski; his parents, Edward Mushinski and Marjorie Sprinkle; and his grandparents, Ollga Mushinski and Edward Mushinski.
He is survived by: his son Andy Jr.; his siblings, Glen M, Denise and Holly; and his nephew Vincent.
