She was predeceased by : her parents, Jens Frederick and Elna Jensen (Peterson); her husband C. Kenneth Petersen; her son-in-law Timothy Calvert; and her brothers, Everett, LaVerne and Kenneth Jensen.

She is survived by : her children, Conny Calvert of Greenbrier, AR, Jeffrey Petersen (Karen) of The Villages, FL, Steven Petersen (June) of Waupaca and Lou Ann Mokwa (Jim) of Waupaca; her grandchildren, Sarah Knapp (Geoff) of Greenbrier, AR, Paul Calvert of Greenbrier, AR, Joe Calvert (Nikki) of Greenbrier, AR, Elizabeth Calvert of Greenbrier, AR, Amy Engebretson (Mike) of Waupaca, Mark Petersen (Megan) of Neenah, Todd Petersen (Jillian) of Waupaca, Katie Guyette (Mason) of Belleview, FL, Erik Petersen of Appleton and Mali Schneiter (Emad Elsamadicy) of Nashville, TN; her sisters-in-law, Joanne Jensen of Beaver Dam and Mary Ann Steinberg of Appleton; and her friend Ann Berger of Waupaca. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bethany Home Chapel (1226 Berlin St, Waupaca, WI 54981). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Waupaca Thrift Store or the Polycystic Kidney Foundation are appreciated.
