It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman George Yonke (Waupaca, Wisconsin), born in Merrill, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Yonke and Minnie Yonke (Adams); and his brothers, Bernard (Nancy), Leland (Wanda), Harland (Linda) and Marvin Yonke (Carol).

He is survived by: his wife Verna Dernbach; his children, Randall (Darlene) of Almond, Jeffrey (Debbie) of Almond and Stacey Wester (Mark) of Iola; his grandchildren, Carissa Pezewski (Adam), Danielle Chapa (Leo), Brooke Lockhart (Keith), Ethan (Cassi McQuillan), Garett Yonke, Payton and Brock Wester; his great grandchildren, Sophia, Arabella, Daxx and Pyper; his siblings-in-law, Charles Jerry Dernbach (Lynne) and Linda Wierzba (late Robert); and his half-sister Sue Miller (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Due to the State restrictions of Covid-19, the family will have a funeral service for him after it is lifted.
