He was predeceased by: his parent Patricia Jensen. He is survived by: his sister Amber Jensen of Amherst, WI; and his cousin Sean Jensen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (203 Grant St, Amherst, WI 54406). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
