With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Theodore William Cook of Waupaca, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 27, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Cook and Oscar Cook; his wife Leta J. Siemering; his siblings, Kenneth "Bud", Robert, Dave A. Cook, Marguerite Massa, Carol Finnegan and Dorothy Huettl; and his grandsons, Jonathon Cook and Roger Cook.
He is survived by: his sons, Bill Cook (Debra) of Denison, TX, Ron Cook (Pat) of Waupaca and Dick Cook (Jackie) of Waupaca; his sister Sally Cook of Mazomanie, WI; and his sister-in-law Joyce Weisbrod of Waupaca. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and their spouses; 15 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Maple Crest Funeral Home (N2620 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
