He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Turner and Lila Jean Turner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Bill Turner, Patsy Servey and Sarah Harstvedt; and his siblings, Rick Turner, Deborah Reagan and Andrea Schuler. He is also survived by three spouses, eleven grandchildren and their spouses, and seven great grandchildren.
