He is survived by: his wife Sherry Haase of Brandon; his children, Stacy Holzman (Randall) of Brandon and Michael Haase (Angela) of Fond du Lac; his grandchildren, Rachel Polfus (Matthew), Kayla Holzman, Jayden Haase and Lillian Haase; his stepgrandson Seth; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Polfus and Maija Polfus; his brother James Haase of Brandon; his niece Tina Haase; and his nephews, Greg Root (Kim) and Geoff Root (Sheri). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
