He is survived by: his children, Tracy Higgins (Chris), Jim Stockwell (Kari), Lisa Darby (TJ), Bill Stockwell and Gary Stockwell (Missy); and his sisters, Rosemary Jackson and Linda Hurst. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
